Activated Carbon Sticks, Two Sizes.
6C Binchotan are sticks of activated carbon made by heating Japanese Oak tree branches at incredibly high temperatures. They filter out toxins like chlorine from town supply water, and contaminants like lead, mercury, cadmium and copper, leaving you the good stuff. They are also said to impart calcium, magnesium and potassium back into the water.
Each stick will reliably filter your water for 3 months, and at the end of its life, use it to deodorise your fridge, or crush it up to mineralise your garden!
SIZES: Water bottle size will filter up to 1L capacity. Carafe size suited to a 1-2L water jug.
Cardboard packaging is recyclable and the cellulose wrapper is 100% biodegradable and compostable.
CARE + USE: Rinse when opened from packaging and place straight into your water bottle or jug. Once a month, boil your stick in water for 10 minutes to revitalise. After 3-4 months place in fridge or another smelly place where it will absorb odours. Crush into soil once no longer effective.
