We try to make our packaging plastic-free but sometimes we re-use plastic packaging that has come into our home.
FREE SHIPPING within NZ for all orders over $80.
Please note that bulky items are exempt from free shipping due to courier charges being calculated by volume. Please contact us if unsure about shipping costs.
FREE SHIPPING FOR LOCALS If you live on/near the Whangaparaoa Peninsula and are happy to have your goods left in my letterbox, you can opt for Local Pickup at checkout. If your items are too bulky to fit, I am happy to deliver myself to anybody living on the Peninsula. Please email me once you've made your purchase for address details.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR ORDERS $80 AND UNDER:
$5 within Auckland, $7 rest of NZ.
Shipping is calculated once the customer has entered their address details.
CURRENTLY WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN NZ. PLEASE ASK IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO INVESTIGATE THE COST TO YOUR COUNTRY.
TIMING & TRACKING:
All orders will be processed on weekdays, within 1-2 working days of order being received. Customers can expect their goods within 2-3 days of the order being placed, but rural customers need to allow an extra day. We are sending from Auckland and use a tracked courier service. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is processed. We don't require a signature on delivery. Sorry, but we cannot send to a PO Box so please provide an alternative address.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you would like to return or exchange an item you must contact us first. You must return your goods within 7 working days of receiving your order. All additional postage costs incurred in an exchange or refund are incurred by you (unless item is deemed faulty). Please note any goods to be returned must be in its original, saleable condition. Goods must not be opened, used, or damaged.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. If you believe an item is faulty on arrival, please make contact within 7 working days. We will send a replacement on receipt of original item, and pay for new shipping costs and those incurred by you to return the item. In the event this item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund. Goods will not be accepted for refund or exchange if received more than 7 working days after your emailed request, or if not in original condition.
